My question is: Can i use the images that he used in HTML preview (he purchased those images) in my Wordpress live preview ?

i mean do i have to purchase those images again ?

if you get the 404 page, problem is permalink structure not being updated (as pixelous pointed out). Either save the permalink page or call once flush_rewrite_rules() . BF
