Excuse the rather blunt title but I’ve been wondering a little about this recently having bought a house. Since I work for myself everything is so complicated and only I know my passwords and clients details, contacts etc for my business should something awful happen to me…
So, I know there are services out there for things like this to help sort things as easily as possible… does anyone have any experience with any of them or any suggestions
3. Make sure your Anti Virus Software is up to date.
What is the use of Anti Virus Software ? I think browsers are secure enough these days to not let sites steal a password from their memory just by visiting them.I have never used AV for 10 years and no virus so far. Yes, I use a Mac, but I do not have a virus on my PC either. So IMHO, if you are a little smart and see the difference from bad to good, you do not need Antivirus.
A little bit naive… mac users in the creative industry actually get more viruses than those on PC since they think “I’m on a mac, i’m safe”
No harm using an antivirus, there is alot of harm if you get a virus… an infected usb stick of wordpress blog is all it needs…
