It’s amazing, thanks for the post Arik
I’ll be happy to have one
Arik, those tuts looks amazing even from the very first look !
Mafloral – I think it will be awesome in the “shiny” 2D Look you should give it a shot
for the specific character I used my Wacom Cintiq all the way, but sometimes I use the intuos too. (the Cintiq is my best friend when it comes to speed and high quality hehe)
Good luck with the book, sounds like a fun project
Maybe I’ll make one that will teach how to draw basic face or something, line-by-line because I get lots of requests from my YouTube channel messages to make a video tutorial, I guess people want to learn how to draw more then the shading and lighting itself.
But I’m not sure that it’s something PSD Tuts are interested in because it may look very basic for those who can’t really draw but look for techniques to developed, maybe I should ask them
HollowIchigo – This is awesome !
BTW – Arik, I think it will be cool if you’ll post your Tutorial here (any of them) people should know more about Tuts+
I think people would be panicked away, that’s why I chose a simple shaped creature.

Im a flashden reviewer/author with bits of freelance here and there my job means i stay in bed until 1pm then work 4 hours and then play PS3 all night, i love it lol
I wish I could do that for living ! Maybe in the future if I’ll be lucky enough to be an official Envato reviewer… really hope so
I’m not sure if you saw my first tutorial, maybe some of you guys aren’t familiar with the great Tuts+ area, give it a shot to learn anything if it’s Audio, Graphics, After Effects, Photoshop and more.
Here is my very first tutorial, for beginners:
” How to Get that Anime Look in Photoshop Using a Flexible Workflow “
I hope that some of you will find it useful, Enjoy!
