Last week when you posted about looking for a designer/front-end developer partner you never answered on skype.
Looks like no one can find you when you need help with something.
Not possible to achieve this with an open source system. At least not exactly the way you described it.
Anyways, with opencart you can have multivendors system that allows users to upload and sell their own items, but not really create a separate shop.
May be the other systems have similar features too – not sure.
Hope this helps.
Well… may be it’s a great feature, but currently I am still shocked because of my EMPTY dashboard comments area and can’t really feel the joy!
Please revert the comments sorting!
At the moment it sorts the comments in the following order:
Unread first – well I don’t have unread comments. Result: Empty dashboard
If I change it to “All comments” – it shows oldest comments first – i.e. – sorted by date in ascending order. I have to make 2 additional clicks in order to see the latest comments – 1. – Select all comments from the drop-down and 2. Click on page one of the pagination.
Guys, sometimes we are REALLY wondering who is that UI/UX guru you have there.
Don’t you have a QA before launching such changes?
Ouch… Nothing personal, but as LubosVolovar said – you are far, far away from being accepted/approved for sale with this theme.
I would definitely start over…
Nothing bad actually – you just need to learn a bit more. Keep going and don’t give up!
Fashion products – mostly photodune. Also have a friend with photostudio which holds the rights for his photos and sometimes he gives me approval to use some of his work
Electronics, watches, toys – mostly official images from the manufacturers as they are not restricted to use unless you sell them.
There was a recent change put in that I don’t like on mobile. I used to be able to touch the button on the top right to go to the author dashboard. Now it drops the menu down as if you were hovering over it. This change adds an extra click to something I do multiple times a day on my phone. Please advise…
+1 Absolutely annoying and unnecessary change.
It’s really strange. Someone else reported the same problem, but on my dashboard I can still see the item name under username for every single post. Which browser are you using? I can see the item name in ff / win8 and android / GS4 default browser. Never using other browsers for TF so I can’t say for Chrome and others
This rating system is only for envato marketplace. It will be same for all the items on envato marketplace. If you are getting bad ratings due to silly reasons then other marketplace items will also get bad ratings due to silly reasons . we never complain when someone gives 5 star ratings just for support . Off course majority of buyers never gives bad rating. Personally i don’t see anything wrong with current rating system.
what will buyers feel about the marketplace if all the items on marketplace has 5 star ratings ?i think we should accept it as a part of game and concentrate on our work .
Well… not really!
I know for sure (don’t ask me how I know) for at least two authors in my category buying every opencart theme that have a potential just to give it low rating and trying to “kill” or reduce competition. Not to mention that every time I come up with something new that’s never been done before (at least for opencart) in max 2 weeks they release a new item built on my code. It’s the same since 2010.
I have to admit they learn fast though. First few times I have managed to take them down with DMCA, but now they are making enough cosmetic changes in order to hide the origin.
Jesus, they have even forgot my name in their code once…
Yes, rating system S..*S and it’s not even in the FAMOUS PIPELINE!
No, it’s not easy!
Sounds more like you want to earn, not learn?
Check the popular files (overall or category based – no matter) – there is quite a big drop in sales for everyone. Even top-sellers like Avada and Enfold, not to mention niche items.
