Sorry to hear about potential purchase issues. When you encounter or get reported a bug in the purchase process, that’s definitely something we want to investigate, but to be able to do that we need as much of the following information as possible:
- what item you (or your buyer) were trying to buy (item name, ideally ID number in the URL and/or author username)
- what account you (or your buyer) were trying to buy it from (username)
- approximate date and time (with timezone, the more precise the more likely we’ll be able to track down what happened)
- what error you were getting (a screenshot is even better)

Don’t hesitate to send us the reports anyway even if you got it working after several attempts. Just like you, we don’t want anything getting in the way of buying things on Market. Thanks!
