just got my 6th sale this month which brings me to 600 sales!
absolutely awesome day. 5 sales and 2 referrals.
big start to July with two sales and one referral so far.
This is interesting. 2 weeks ago i started experimenting with ads. I did a small ad on Reddit just to bring people to my own music which did a bit. Then i did a Youtube ad and its going ok. However it seems that i somehow activated another ad on Adwords that i have no recollection making but im getting over 200 clicks a day to my audiojungle page (no sales though). I have no idea how this ad was created or what to do about it. I paused it for now while trying to figure it all out.
Really bad month for me. Im having tons of traffic to my page..over 150 unique views a day for the last week but no sales. Only 17 this month. Last month i had like 45. Weird.
Makes sense that we see the regular way i guess. Thanks!
Im getting lots of Film Marketing Companies and interesting companies from around the world.
I was looking at some other author’s portfolio’s just now and when i open their portfolio all the tracks show with the waveform and everything but when i open mine its just regular…....is that how its supposed to be? Did i miss a change or something? Thanks.
so if i sold a song (not an AudioJungle one) to a tv station i would have to register it with one of those companies?
I hope this is in the right section. Maybe it should be in AJ off topic. This post is not about me leaving AudioJungle or anything against AudioJungle. I really love this place and its helped me out in more ways than i can count. However i am looking to expand my career as a music producer/composer and start getting more into film composing and stuff like that. I am confused about a couple of things. I know there are bigger libraries than this one here as i have seen some other sites but they dont look inviting at all and i dont even know if people buy there. What i did see is music production houses where they compose for different companies and movies and stuff? Is that a correct understanding of what they are? How would one go about getting a job at one of these places? Would i still be able to work on AudioJungle? Basically im just asking if anyone has experience with these?
Second question is what is a PRO?? I see that term mentioned all the time and i still not sure if have it correctly. When people say PRO do they mean like a Pro music library? what is it exactly?
