First of all have a nice day, just writing ‘cause i haven’t understood what’s behid the problem about my freezed earning, I have already contacted Envato support but got no response from them, Just wanna know the reason about this freezing thing and how to claim my earnings back, Also some of my items got disabled to, and i’m pretty sure that my items are out and produced from my own imagination and creation, so it’s kind a unfair to disable something i spent hours to produce and in addition freeze its earnings, So what I seek is a way to solve my problem here and get back what i have lost, Thanks in advance and I hope I get some answers that I haven’t got earlier,

First of all, you forgot to put in the preview image what is before and whats after.

Secondly, the majority of effects are done a million times over, and i believe they are in listed of “files we don’t need”

Lastly there is a typo in “dont forger to rate” Should be “forget instead”

You should try doing something very different and innovative and would leave the actions for later.
