Perhaps a user you referred did some fraudulent things on the marketplace?

I’ve fixed it, there was an Alpha Channel in the Channels folder which I didn’t even need.

It’s a DVD case template made up of Shape layers. Everything went smooth and the item looks great and then this happened. I’m working in Photoshop btw, don’t know why I forgot to mention that.

I’m working on a file and have switched from RGB to CMYK a few times but all of a sudden I can’t even access Image>Mode to switch back to CMYK . I’ve Googled the issue and the only thing I find is to reset the Workspace to Default. That’s it, I can’t find a proper solution. Could someone help me please?
