I think the forum is THE place to solve all the questions which is not solved by the support in the right way to satisfy the authors needs.
Btw, Parker and Kent for sure will not loose any of the customer with this topic, no way, every commercial is good commercial
Maybe it’s all about the support and maybe they must do something to cooperate together in a questions like this because it isn’t fair for some author to be rejected if other one is not.
Why?
