It seems to be loading ok now.
@ MVPThemes I think their web host got overwhelmed by traffic. A while back it was throwing a bunch of errors. Edit. Site seems to be back online.
Theme Buying Club? What Theme Buying Club?
Thanks for this. I hope in future you can add more items, categories etc
Well deserved. Congrat
I recently came across the Layers WordPress builder and found it quite amazing since it uses the Wordpress Customizer api. The builder comes as a part of a theme framework but I thought it would be better used if it was a plugin instead so I took the liberty of creating the plugin version and I am now sharing it with you. Please take a look at it here. https://github.com/FrankM1/layerwp-plugin All feedback is greatly appreciated.
You can also take a look at the original version here http://layerswp.com
Hi @ SecondLine,
1. The redux version does support importing revolution slider. Check it out here a https://github.com/Webcreations907/WBC-Importer-extension/blob/master/example-functions.php#L210. If I have time I’ll add that capability to the radium version.
2. If you setup the menu slugs in the “set_demo_menus” https://github.com/FrankM1/radium-one-click-demo-install/blob/master/init.php#L102 method, it will activate the menus after import. The Settings -> Reading options import are on the todo list though. I don’t think they will be very difficult to implement.
+1 They they have raised the bar in terms of the quality standards to the point where Themeforest probably has the most innovation and designs in the (WordPress) industry and made us better developers/designers in the process.
LOL…yes, the kisses will be reserved for FranklinM2.
Thanks so much for the follow-up. I followed the directions on github but maybe I’m using the wrong folder and that’s why I am getting the error message. There are two wbc_importer folders: the first that opens upon unzip (demo data, inc, and then another wbc_importer). I’ll play around with it and see if I can figure out why the “Fatal error: Call to a member function execute() on a non-object in ” is coming up.Thank you!!!
I don’t know if you’ve managed to load the redux extension yet. If not check out this example https://github.com/FrankM1/Twenty-Twelve-Redux . I struggled a bit at the beginning trying to load it but I managed to get it working.
Open up function.php. At the top you will see the loader code. The extension is located in /extensions/. The sample function files are in the /inc/ directory.
One thing to note is that redux extensions need to be loaded BEFORE the config file.
P.S Thanks for the love
