Not too bad. I think that if you convert it to HTML you will get approved. For a PSD category it is too plain. Try and add more details, texturize it a bit etc.

Fix your dropdown menu. It doesn’t look good at all. Everything else seems fine to me. Simple and clean. Maybe you should ask the reviewers/support for more specific explanation about this.

I just checked your portfolio and noticed that you were referring to graphicriver items. In that case i guess either the authors have permission to use the images or (like i said above) those items slipped through reviewers.

Yep, because when they get sued they’ll be in trouble and regret it!

That is the worst case scenario. If somebody complains for unauthorized usage of stock images or whatever in a particular item, it will be removed from the marketplace. Then to get that item back you will need to go through a lot more complex process then usual (i guess) and that’s a big enough headache.

Used Firefox since ever until a few months ago. I like Firefox but performance is terrible when compared to Chrome.

Creating both unique and extremely good looking template requires to put a lot attention to details which is way more difficult and time consuming than creating a generic (still good looking) layout and (like pezflash said) you don’t know if the efforts will pay off. Plus these designs (we’re talking about) are also more difficult to code so …
