To be precise – you need to have free space on the disk/partition where PS is installed, not where you want to save your file. Unless of course you already changed scratch disk, which by default is the one with PS.

There’s not enough disk space to save your file. Photoshop needs some free space for it’s temporary files, so head over to PS options (CTRL+K), open Performance tab and change your scratch disk to the one with more free space available.

Hey Tany, from what I see it have to be problem with your browser. Usually cleaning cookies does wonders, so this time I also ask you to make sure you clean them and restart browser (whole chrome, not just a tab).
I know it shouldn’t be necessary in the first place, but since it’s already happening you have to play with your cookies or – ocassionally – use different browser.
You also might use FTP for updating purpose, if there’s no other option.
