Okay, now that’s strange. I uploaded a new item an hour ago and now it’s accepted. Hooray and so on.
The thing is – there are still 2 items in queue, which I uploaded yesterday and 2 days ago (all within the same category – print templates). Isn’t there one queue for all items?
Here’s the proof:
All tags are sorted in alphabetical order afterall, so as far as I’m concerned it’s not important whether you put your tag as first or last.
Thanks bro. But I also need to know what should be the dimension of additional images? 900* height or 590 *height? Can i use single page for all additional preview images? I wait for your kind attention.
900px width or height, at most. For example:
- 900px x 700px,
- 650px x 900px,
- 900px x 900px.
It hasn’t, but it’s encountering some serious problems, I barely can play any clip on my phone
OK Envato, that’s it. I’m done. How could you speed up the review process so much? I’m not used to it, now I feel totally awkward with my item being accepted in under an hour. Please go back to 10+ days now!

Make sure you clear your browser cookies an do all required changes carefully. Then your item should be accepted immediately
hi thank you for your reply and help.. i have no hidden files or info in the link that you have Sent and the info that I wrote is the whole last message that i have received.. and my design is orderly, but i think my design get refused because my files have only 1 video help file, and didn’t sent any text help file or description text file, i will try sending only 1 color from the 3 colors that i have Sent, and i will put the text and the description files….. but do you mean that i can’t send the same design after i modified it? thank you for your help and for your time…
From what I’ve read above you’ve sent the same design without modifications (or with very little modification). That’s against Envato policies, but you already know that
You can send as much color versions as you wish, but that won’t change the price. Video help file is very nice bonus for your client, however you need to create a text file too, at least with basic information about your file.
Consider creating a Support Ticket and ask for clarification on your recjection. This may take couple of days, but you will know what exactly you have to change or improve to make your design accepted.
