Your files should look like this:

main.zip

  • Corporate-BC-Back.psd,
  • Corporate-BC-Front.psd,
  • readme.txt.

What is going on with support? I have send an email 9 days ago and no reply! I update the ticket every day and no one cares!

What do you mean you update the ticket every day? You can’t send the same inquiry twice, it slows down the whole process.

Is that how it should look like?

Also you might have better chance of receiving reason and ideas on Themeforest forum :)

There’s no need to include white space, 3mm/5mm bleed is enough :)

Oooor it was reviewed by another person who didn’t find your design attractive. :)

There are composition and typography problems. You use too many font sizes and different leading all over the card. Your design is a bit too simple plus it looks like everything was placed randomly.

Hi NCDesigner, welcome to another of your countless accounts :)

You are here for more than a year, as far as I remember you were starting the same threads again and again, always asking about upload process/progress bar. Is it really necessary?

Progress bar is still not reliable source of info. Period.

First of all, since you provide print template you need to include CMYK file only, there’s no need to include RGB as well. Then make sure that you fix your issues with bleeds and trims. And lastly – don’t include stock images with your file, unless you have rights to them or written permission from their author.

If you really have such problems, save your file to both EPS10 and EPS11 versions. While uploading/editing your submission tell your reviewer why you need to include EPS11 file, this way your work will be accepted.
