Would you like to upload short part (2-3 sec) of your original output video in Quicktime mov format and share the link so I or anybody also may try co compress into FLV and share settings? I probably wil have some time in 7-8 hour.

I completely agree. I wish someone from envato could make a tutorial on settings. That would help a lot.

Did you try to increase bit rate to 5,000 – 10,000 kbps? For me, I usuallu start with 5,000 kbps and increase if needed. I render previews into 960×540 resolution so 10,000 kbps shall be more than enought for smaler output resolution you mentioned. In rear cases if 10,000kbps quality still not good I do unsharp mask, add noise, 4color ramp or do other mods to fool flv codec.
