AJ player never loops seamlessly.

What you can do is include both the “atomic” loop and looped version into your package, which will enable you to put the looping version in preview as well…

Or you can do what you already suggested – upload looping version elsewhere. I guess that’s allowed, but I don’t know…

This is not a certain information, but rather my opinion: I believe that buyers rarely browse author’s portfolios. Maybe when it comes to certain “star” authors here, or those who have genre-specific portfolios, but the most traffic comes through search.

But maybe somebody from the staff, who has the accurate info, could give us some hint.

Hello guys! I’m currently collaborating with a videohive author. I’ve done some sound effects for him, but it’s a lot of different effects put together for a slideshow. So, I was thinking I could seperate all the effects and upload it on Audiojungle, but then the buyer will have a really hard time syncing all the effects to the project. The solution for that would be to add a bonus file with all the effects put together so the buyer could just drop the file in the after effects project and the job would be done.

So the reason I started this thread is to ask, is it possible to upload a .zip file with some sound effects, and also a bonus file with all the sound effects put together for this particular videohive project?

As far as I know, you can upload them all separately and/or bundle them all into a sound-pack. Sound packs are allowed to contain sounds that are not available for sale separately (it’s different than with music packs). But when uploading sound pack, you should include separate sounds PLUS joined “mix” of them as a bonus file.

I believe that’s the only way to do it. Hope this helps.

It’s so obvious that this is a fraud scheme. It happened a few times that I get the same sound bought twice in few minutes, so I guess buyers can make mistake now and then. But other than that, I just don’t see why would somebody be allowed refund, at least for marketplaces like AudioJungle or PhotoDune, where you get what you see/hear, there can’t be any bugs like in themes or PhotoShop actions or similar…
