We want to use a picture from Photodune for a cover of a book we want to sell. Do we need the extended or the regular license? Also do we have to make a copyright notice for the picture? If so how could this be worded.

we bought several pictures on photodune which we want to use in a book release. Do we have to make a special copyright notice for each picture?

If so, does anybody have an example for how the wording could be?
