I paid $1.25 and if the ticket took more than 2 hours to resolve we paid them another $1.25. (But these people were outsourced from india, so they work cheaper than say someone from the US).

By install you mean import? I can’t find the file… (newby feelings…)

And I have to be fair: just noticed that there is a documentation folder on the package I downloaded. I haven’t looked it before, will check it now anyway.

Yeah check that, it (hopefully) will tell you everything you need to know to upload the theme along with a way to contact the author if you have any questions… That is if he/she still wants to offer support on that item.

If it was soft rejected there should only be a couple of things wrong, please post here what the reviewer said so that we can help..

Also, it is a “cute” theme and it may actually be to “cute” maybe try and add some more professionalism to the theme if possible? But don’t get me wrong it’s a VERY nice theme.

Have you tried contacting the author via their profile page? The author will be the best person to help you as they made the theme.
