After Effects error:attempt to get a value from a time stream with no key values.

Hi Everyone, I recently bought a file (today) here an video hive, and I am having this issue, the author has made a few suggestions, unfortunately they weren’t really sollutions. He did offer the info that he had not encountered this but recalls only one other person having this issue. Anyone have any suggestions? Many Thanks, TTD

Lance , I know standardizing can be tough as I have produced a few video games and the SONY and Microsoft submission process is epic. But as long as you follow their detailed submission process you get in, The audience decides if they like it or not. It is very gracious for you to offer to look at the file. And Let me make it clear that the reviewer and I seem to get along, So “unjust” isnt really a good word since i feel it was more a preference stand point and not “Hey I don’t care for this guy” situation. The reviewers are always polite , even tho we sometimes do not agree. I would like to get your take on the files in question tho. Let me know where to send them. Many Thanks, Luciano

Well first off I want to say that I know this is not always the case but when you basically recieve a “we don’t like your style” “please change your font” and “change this effect” , I know this is flashdens right to refuse any product for any reason but WOW , I don’t agree with this at all, I completely understand not liking someone elses design style but at the same time denying it because of that when in all honesty alot of the criticisms are hard to take when 5 min later you see a file that you dont feel has the quality or style that yours did show up on the release page. It’s just seems skewed and not consistant. I uploaded a file which did get approved. I upload a nicer , different styled file and it was refused for being too much like the other( I do not agree) and now i get rejected on another file because certain design elements are not to the reviewers liking? You go buy ANYTHING there are similair if not identical products out there for you to choose from. FORD does not make only ONE MUstang they make about 4 or 5 different models because they understand that You may not need the turbo or heck you may want it a different color then the seller likes. My point is that rejecting files because they are too much like someone elses file if completey understandable but when you get rejected because the reviewer feels it’s too much like one of your other files? WELL of course it is I made them both. All in all I think this needs to be standardized. ANd not so “oh we didnt like your colors”- WHO CARES IF YOU DONT LIKE IT ? Esthetics are a matter of taste not fuctionality and This aspect of the review should not be so critical. In anycase all this has done is made me go out and look for alternatives to sell my files. I honestly think that it’s too bad but I can tell it is not only my issue as I have seen a ton of authors selling thier rejected files elsewhere on my search to find another outlet. Remember there is stuff you like and stuff you don’t. Not everyone has the same esthetic tastes. Thanks for your time, Luciano

Hi, I have a question. I have had a file denied( which i totally disagree with by the way) most times i don’t but in this case i do. In any regard since I am 110% behind this file and I want to sell it, but it doesnt look like it will be here, If I sell it elsewhere or on my own, do I lose my exclusive envato rights? do i have to opt out?
