Very good explanation in legal terms. No confusing and simply re-using Elements with COPY & PASTE . Of course it’s bad that this Agreement is not for Optical Flares too. as lot of projects, past this year – are just templates and pre-renders and i think we are loosing a lot off in creativity. But this is my opinion only.
