Congratulations, guys!

It seems to me, you have to constantly keep uploading new items to be selling stuff. Has anyone else found this? I haven’t uploaded anything new for a while now and my sales have tailed right off. Any thoughts?

Hey Markoni, maybe you should check your tags, buyers use search usually. So, try to find your music using search field.

If the guy has been working to release this many tracks at once, more power to him. That amount of work surely can’t be produced quickly, so I wouldn’t worry about it being a normal thing to see. Also if anything, it gives the other authors who have the other 11 tracks on the front page more exposure, since his tracks are so abundant that the eye starts seeing his icons as a faux background, and the other icons pop out more.

Even with that small quibble I am already paying my cell phone bill with the money that I make here, and that was my goal of my portfolio here to begin with.

I think people would be a lot happier here if they made more reasonable, and easily attainable goals, rather than expect to make a living off of a single resource like AJ.

Someone’s goal is just to make music for fun or when you have time after the job, and someone’s goal is live by making music. And yes, what I want to do is only make music and live of making money only from what I like to do. I think it’s more reasonable. There are some people that their job is only making music and sound. Everybody has his own reasons and goals and interest in this place.

Another file was rated as 1 star. Too many accidents, I must say, what is going on here?

I won’t go deep into this as its already been done, but I have deleted pretty much all of my tracks from here as I can no longer de-value my music. I hope that more top selling authors will follow suit and show that we will not put up with it

I don’t pay attention to the ratings when I look at files. I don’t even look at the number of sales. I buy what I like and need. I think the ratings could go away and I wouldn’t miss them. I have 16 ratings and quite a few more sales than that. I don’t think most people bother to rate. I look at a sale as a good rating and Soundroll, you appear to be highly praised.

I agree with you Rob, I don’t care about 4 and 3 star ratings, but 1 star? I’m really curious why? Maybe accident, maybe not.

Sometimes the buyer thinks 1 star is the best rating…

I want to ask from buyers one thing: If you rate the file you purchase 1 star – please describe why. It will help us to understand what is the problem with the music file. I just realize that someone purchased one of my files and rated it as 1 star. Why did you buy this file? You can download the preview file, to see if it fits your needs, so where is the problem? Or is it kind of joke?
