@Ivor can you confirm what @wizylabs said? Do themes have to be W3C valid?Themes and templates have to follow W3C ’s standards, there’s some exception thought.
Unacceptable
- Duplicated ID’s
- Typos in tags
- Tags not closed
- Improperly nesting tags
- Capitalizing tags
- Not encoding special characters (& timthumb for example)
- Missing alt tag in images
- Head content must be within the head
- Improper use of form tags

wasn’t that obvious? Anyway, that wasn’t my intention, I’d really like to know if I can view a full list of my followers and if there is a page where I can manage that all. It would be good to have a separate page with a list and a maybe an option to search among my twitter friends?

Regardless of how “stupid” or “arrogant” you think customers are, you should be a gentleman and reply with kind words to every support enquiry. If the client persists to be an so called “asshole” (not my definition) then simply kindly reply and delete.
