damirkotoric saidI recommend the focus group get a special badge, and it should be somewhere around 200X200 pixels
crivion saidlol. Yeah would be cool, I want a consultant-badge
do we get a badge?
We’ve planned to hand out badges to our focus group members but haven’t yet talked about handing out badges to community consultantsShould be ok though. I’ll double check and get back to you.
Very nice, thanks for sharing!
$ 25,- seems expensive to me, 5×5 hours a week would cost $ 2500,- a month
Does anyone pay per tickets solved?
Nice tips – specially the thing with the “intellectual property”
the guys brainstormed about it and didn’t just through another CRM software like many others do.
Yeah, I like it that my customers don’t have to signup to (another) forum or ticket system. Email support is pretty awesome
...they actually know you quite well after the message I sent them about you…
maybe because I often write them for suggestions and improvements – the devs must hate me
@sam, @ruben I know your survey but it doesn’t help much in this case
@gljivec Is it worth to pay for time rather amount? approx. 100 hours per month is very much but you have many items as well. How many tickets do you get per month?
@uouapps this kind of contract seem legit, any official writings? afaik you’r using helpscout as well, how do you like it (in terms of support staff)?
I’m planning to expand my support in the near future but have no idea which requirements are needed or how to start with. So I would like to know how others do.
- Do you pay per time or per ticket count?
- What’s your rate?
- What are your requirements?
- How many members do you have?
- Any other considerations?
Thanks in advance
That’s another joke from Envato. The marketplaces don’t run over SSL, only when we login the data is sent encrypted (SSL).
No, it’s not a joke, as the notes post outlines, we were vulnerable and we did address this issue, which required us to reset all logged in sessions on account.envato.com. This in turn means that both Marketplaces and Studio users’ active login sessions expired shortly afterward. This is by design.Prior to this issue, we were already working proactively on other account security improvements, including that long-standing elephant in the room.
Thanks for the update Warren!
