The last support system I got excited about, when it launched I found out that it costs an arm and a leg. Which got me SUPER disappointed.

I would love it if this was free.

I would love it if my cars and house were free too, but people work hard to give you a product that makes your life easier…if you like it and it works, don’t be so cheap. Everyone has this thing thats “opensource this, opensource that, free this, free that”...why should people just always give there work away?

I am not against open source or free stuff, but this looks to be a promising product like many other quality SaaS apps out there, most of which are freemium, which include various paid subscription versions and they do very well, because people will pay for software that does the job.

I don’t think he should be any different.

This. Why not just partner with a coder to sell html/wordpress versions of your designs!

I got it because I am a developer already, it’s absolutely AWESOME !

It looks good to me, but I reserve judgement on approval until I learn what theme it supposedly is identical too.

You might be onto something there, many days I want to hit something with a stick…maybe a should just do it.

at least 12 hours a day minimum, but some of that is messing around browsing.

To be perfectly honest I don’t. Between working as a full time software engineer for a leading and BUSY IPTV /cable solutions provider, and consulting 20-30hrs a week I have no time.

I soon need to do something about it, getting out of hand.
