What he means is that you can restore your system to a previous point in time. (An automatic one or one you saved yourself).
I do not think that this will recover the ai file. But you can try.

If you say, that the vectors do not sell well…... raising the prices would be contra-productive.
The graphics section of this marketplace has a higher demand.
It is not about fairness, it is about supply and demand. That is how the price determinaton works…... If not many want vectors then the price will stay low in order to attract the buyers.
