TL;DR:

1) Envato (USD) -> Your BA #1 (USD)

2) Your BA #1 (USD) -> Your Favorite Exchange Company (USD)

3) Your Favorite Exchange Company (EUR or whatever) -> Your BA #2 (EUR or whatever)

Note:

Be very careful with step 1 as sometimes the money can exchange once or twice even when both accounts are in USD, losing you money. The banks involved in the SWIFT chain will literally steal from you like this if you won’t file an official complain to get your money back. And even then they do it again, so you complain some more (true story).

It depends. Since the hardware is my only business cost, I decided not to save on it. But of course when I realize how many cigarettes and alcohol I could bought for the extra money, it makes me cry :D

The two graphic cards are for occasional starcraft and battlefield nights :D

Recently bought lenovo y510 and installed ubuntu. I got almost identical environment like on my macbook, but this machine cost 1/2 and is twice faster, so the price is 1/4 :) ( i bought the one with 2 dedicated graphic cards ) http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/lenovo/y-series/y510p/

Hey guys!

So… I stumbled upon this today…

and I have a few questions:

1) Why does the order differ across browsers? And why does it differ at all? Are there any other factors other than a browser?

2) For how long has it been randomizing it like this? I would like to know a specific date if it’s something recent.

P.S: The order is the same on Ubuntu (=no randomization there). Will test on Windows later (or if anyone with Windows opened can check it for me now..?)

Thanks! :)

Anyone who possibly could send me this script or upload it to any server ? The userscripts server is down, I have to do withdrawals, my homemade script is gone with my old computer, and I have to avoid the hand calculation as much as possible :)

Thank you very much guys, would be totally helpful :)

... there are lots of Git tutorials online to help you decide

This is a very good article: http://nvie.com/posts/a-successful-git-branching-model/

We do something like that but we don’t use the develop branch since we don’t really need it, main developer branch is simply the default master for us. The latest stable version on our demo server is automatically checked out from the latest tag which are always stable.

The solution would be very simple, I don’t know why it doesn’t already work like this:

1) Customer orders a job from an author and pays $xxx to ES, ES starts to verify the payment
2) Author completes the job but doesn’t deliver the completed project to the client until ES verifies the payment
3/a) Once payment is OK, author sends the project to the customer
3/b) If payment is not OK, author keeps the project, lost some time but at least fraud client never receives the project
4/a) If customer is satisfied with the project, ES sends the money to author
4/b) if customer is not satisfied, ES checks the project objectively and if project is not OK, customer receives the money back or run another circle with author
4/c) if customer is not satisfied, ES checks the project objectively and if project is OK, author receives money

Ad #2, personally I would not even start the job until the payment is 100% verified.

To my opinion the bootstrap grid system is just horrible. The whole mobile first approach is just terribly bad. For example when you have a 3 column grid and you watch it in portraid mode on an iPad, it already stops floating all columns and you see everything underneath each other.

That’s my biggest ( and only ) problem with bootstrap. i do like the basic table styling etc though.

I use a custom starter sheet with my own grid and basic styling for text and form elements.

In Bootstrap 3 you can use this class:

.col-sm-

^ stacks horizontally on iPad in all modes (land/port) and vertically on iPhone in all modes (land/port)

See all options here: http://getbootstrap.com/css/#grid-options

To answer the OP, we used to write our own grids etc., but I am now looking into the possibility of using Bootstrap in our plugin/theme development, will see how that goes :)
Hey didn’t know that. But still – i like a combination of a fluid+repsonsive layout more.

I am not sure I understand what you meant by that, maybe this?: http://www.bootply.com/132799 (fixed vs fluid width container; fixed is jumpy when you resize the window)
