It also depends on the question whether the melody is original, or not. A track of, say, Für Elise, can be copyrighted, while the rights on the melody are expired, because that young brat of a WAM left audiojungle long ago. Hmmmm… I will contact the author.
I intend to buy a licence for http://audiojungle.net/item/classical-orchestral-loop-2/223257?WT.ac=search_thumb&WT.seg_1=search_thumb&WT.z_author=mdubmusic, for use in a student film. However, apart from the original track, I want to use a music box version of the melody in the same film. Is this additional use of an alternate version covered by the Regular Licence?
