The bokeh effect with a 35mm f1.8 is considered better, but whatever makes you confortable.
This is business, marketing stuff, it cannot always be fair and make 100% everyone happy.
It’s all about level of complexity, quality, features, all round up and set by the review team.
There is no “recommended” tools list, just personal preference, at least when it comes to developing for Wordpress. Here a short list of tools I would look for:
- Redux and Vafpress (I use the second, it’s best for me, includes metabox support and other stuff)
- I would “recommend” checking Awesome Builder as well, also available on CodeCanyon, and not only, there are others free like Aqua Page Builder, IG Page Builder and some even more
- Bootstrap, Foundation, uikit, and many more

The uikit has more features for offcanvas stuff and dropdowns, tooltips, I really like what I could do on Wordpress
Actually Firefox is slow rather than Chrome. At least for me on Win8.
