I guess it could be answered with a couple questions: “Would you buy items from your phone?” or “As an author, do you need to update your items from your phone?”

Then it’s definitely a mistake, maybe the reviewer was tired or there was some other misunderstanding. Try contacting them to explain that you have no copyrighted images in the downloadable files.

Nothing new, you can’t have copyrighted images in the file the buyer downloads, unless you own the copyright for those images.

The reviewer simply gave you an alternative, but you can also use images like the ones from the Envato asset library: http://themeforest.net/page/asset_library

Are you sure you bought it with this account? Your buyer’s badge isn’t showing, maybe you were logged in as a different user?

Also, note that all templates come with documentation – you should read that to get started.

No, I dont want to use plugins. I want to use a theme with a rating system, similar with the one that I’ve mentioned (made) but more simple.

But what will you do later down the road, when you’ll want to update the site / change the theme? You will lose that functionality. As aleluja said, it’s a plugin’s job, this has no place in a theme
