I thought about this for awhile and wanted to comment on what my thoughts are.

I believe aebuster has a solid point and file should remain… NOT because he created it before the other author but because the files are not similar. What came to mind was a stock footage of clouds passing by. There are literally thousands of files of clouds on here videohive… if the same logic applies that would mean the first person that uploaded a videohive file of clouds should be able to send DMCA notices to take down all other cloud videos on here just because he was here first. That would mean any other person that thinks of picking up a camera and pointing it up to the clouds and hitting record was copying his idea.

Should be a pretty easy case to get your file back on if you ask me because we are not living in crazy land.

Looks like I will miss getting it released this week. Hopefully next week.

@Ken – I think you’re wrong. I’ve seen $25+ projects that suck, and I’ve seen projects with $10 or less that are amazing. It’s funny to raise the prices based on price tag $25+. You have so many awesome logo stings that are priced $8, even $6. That’s why I think the price increase should go linear.

Ahhh we need to accept another file!

I was wondering if someone could suggest an aftereffects solutions for a picture. I’m getting married in October and would love a looping effect that takes just 1 pictures and applies a background effect.. For example.. the two of us will be giving our vows and behind us will be a large HDTV screen with a picture looping of two bears. Just something to make it look better than a static picture for more than 20 minutes.

A water effect, lens flare effect, etc etc “Actual Light Leaks, Burns & Lens Flares (12-Pack)” is a strong contender.. Thanks for considering to use my file in the wedding! I have a few other items like wedding bells ringing and a few others that are also available on my portfolio.

I have a script for AE that I’ve been working on for the past few months which the videohive community should be excited about once it is released. All I am going to say about it right now is it should increase sales in a specific file category by a lot! I am hoping it will be released in the next week so stay keep your eyes on aescripts.

I get at least 1 a week it seems. Just ignore them…

I gotta extra computer for rendering so it’s not stop work for me.. unless I goto sleep then I can render on both machines

Its the one of the first items. and its $20.. WTF envato?! My lastest project is much better than this, and thats just $12..

Envato needs to change the prices in VH..ASAP!
