jamstix is the way to go when one is into drum programming, regardless of the samples used!
in principle, one can buy a standard license instead of an extended license and use it in an unallowed way. who, in principle, should control unallowed use?? what should one do if he discover a suspect fraudolent use of his song?
and, speaking from the customer’s side, how much are the probability to get caught if i buy a standard license and use it as an extended license?
i know this is the very basement of the royalty free audio market, but i was just thinking about this right now!
if you have too many softwares, i’m open to receive some gift!

nice idea! with 100.000 songs and , 10-15 random picked songs every minute can promote each day about 15.000 different tracks. so in a week each song could potentially be, for a minute, in the home page.
but will potential buyer listen to the random track in the home page?
just sold an audiologo for 4$ instead of 3$... hope to sell 100 more!
thanks!
in any case on low sales (like mine) it would mean to earn maybe 5 or 6$ more in a month!
next step should be to add a separate license for broadcast and to increase the commission for non exclusive author… maybe based on sales as with the exclusive one (from 50 -> 70% could compare to 33% -> 50 % for non exclusive…).

I just uploaded a track for review that has mandolin in it which is another unique sound but has good “uke” qualities.

The happy mandolin
and i have something even more special in mind for my next “similar ukulele” track … but no time to record it
