Good morning everyone,

I have a few questions to ask here.

I’m a member of Graphicriver since 2009 and I want to upload to Photodune.

Do I have to become an author and register a new account again for Photodune as I did for Graphicriver?

I already tried registering in the Photodune Marketplace, however when I typed my own user name, its stated with the red mark notice: “username is required”.

Can somebody please tell me what is going on here and how to solve this issues?

I already checked out FAQs and forums but I cannot find the right answer.

Any information and suggestions are truly appreciated.

Hello everyone,

I’m still new here and I need some advice regarding on how to upload file in the correct way.

I try to upload my vector files and the required files ( thumbnail + image preview + high res jpeg + main file) for many times, but its still not working.

Instead, I always get this notices:

Please review the following issues that occurred · Thumbnail is required · Image Preview is required · High Res JPG is required · Main File(s) is required

Did I miss something, or did I do anything wrong?

Please give me some help, advice and guidance. Thanks in advance.
