How can one allow extended licenses and can it be granted by request to just a specific buyers?

I will write to the support to find out the info. As I am new to audiojungle I think it will be useful to have that specific info in the email because I have more songs with vocals recorded in the same environment… and I want to upload them.
So if it is possible I would like to fix the problems

Does anyone know where I can read that criteria? Today I have a file rejected and the reason was : “This File Did Not Meet Our Criteria”
The file was recorded even better than some of my approved tunes but it contains a vocals… Is it a problem to have a singing in a track? Or the problem are the lyrics, or maybe they don’t like the way of singing – it is just not clear for me
