I’m not sure a flashgame is a paid game. It is not paid by users that play the game, they are free to play. The developer only takes money by sponsors to include their logo somewhere in the game. This is confusing me.
Hello guys,
I have a question: if a music of mine is used for a flash game that is sponsored, so the developer get money for it, what’s the right license he should purchase? The regular one or the Extended one? I’m almost sure he should buy the Extended one because he is selling a product, but I want to know your opinion, too.
