Thanks @ SR! Man, that is quite confusing! I just received an email from Kingdog saying he would try to get some advice from one of the Licensing gurus so if they happen to read this thread, here are a few questions.

1. Are we able to use fullscreen photography that is subtly altered in Photoshop (filters, color changes etc.) at a size greater than 1000px?

2. As ShapingRain asked, how does this apply to retina-ready devices?

Where did you get that info from by the way? I have checked the licensing but it doesn’t say anything about images that can’t be larger than 1000×1000.

10.You can’t use an Item in a digital format at a resolution greater than 1200×800 pixels, unless the Item is incorporated into a digital product (like a website design) such that the Item can’t be extracted.

You gotta be kidding me?! I just purchased a ton of stockphotographs from Photodune for a new theme release. Please tell me this can be changed! I have used them for fullscreen sliders (1920×1100px) and some images have a width of 1090px but vary in height. It’s already hard enough to find quality content that we can use so why make it even harder?

Yeah, worst month since I started selling here.

Very slow month for me as well, I have about 50% less sales than I had last month around this time.
