I know how it is mate I lost almost 400gb of data once.. (back when I used PC) Not fun at all though.. But after I switched to Mac 4 years ago I´ve never had any problems.. (yet anyways)

But yeah, you should have done more backups (I learned after my loss of 400gb )

When I design I listen to all kind of music.. I have around 13000 songs in iTunes rolling with shuffle so it can go from Metallica to Beethoven really But I prefer to listen to metal (Playlists are a blessing)

I will upgrade to Snow Leopard in a couple of month was the idea.. But I´ve been offered to purchase it for $9.95 from Apple since I´ve sold their computers a while back.. But I guess I´ll wait instead.. I want some reviews before i purchase to see the major difference between Leopard and Snow Leopard..
