@Hossam_Hossny: If a credit card load is not approved by Payoneer’s Payment Department, we generally cancel the pre-authorization charge at that same time. It’s very possible that the card company does not have a compatible service to acknowledge this automated cancellation, and need to remove the charge on their end.
Of course we would still do our best to provide the best support possible, and follow up on the charge to make sure it is not delayed or pending on our end.
If you had a less than satisfactory experience, I sincerely apologize. I’d like to escalate this to a customer support supervisor and have the issue resolved as soon as possible – please get in touch with me via direct e-mail email@example.com
If you choose the Payoneer Global Bank Transfer Service, we charge $3.00 for each transfer to your bank account in your local currency (in this case INR).
We convert funds from USD to INR using rates of up to 2.75% above the official mid-market rate at the time of transfer. You can estimate mid-market rates using websites such as XE.com.
We do our best to estimate card arrival times, however exact shipping times would depend on the speed of your local postal system. It’s possible the card was delayed when entering your country/postal system.
I’ve updated our support department and both of you will be contacted with further information on how to have a new card shipped out.
We use conversion rates of up to 2.75% above the official mid-market rate, at the time of transfer. Sites like XE.com use mid-market rates, so you can get an almost exact estimate by going there, and considering the up to 2.75% difference with the Payoneer rate.
Thanks for signing up for Payoneer – I’m sorry to hear that your card hasn’t arrived.
Please provide me with the reference ID number for your inquiry to our support team (starts with LTK) and I’ll make sure a support representative gets back to you with further assistance.
Once you receive a new card, all funding sources are available balances automatically moved to the new card. There is no change you need to make on your end.
If there are still funds on the old card and they are not moved within 2 hours, you can contact us and we will be able to assist: http://www.payoneer.com/ContactUs.aspx
Once you sign up for a Payoneer account, as your payment method for Envato, we will send you an e-mail confirmation (like the one you mentioned above).
Once your account is approved, you will be able to begin receiving payments.
As mentioned above, you will see a list of all funding sources associated with your Payoneer account (Envato will be listed as one of them). You can confirm this by clicking on this link and logging into your account: https://myaccount.payoneer.com/?action=sources

If you already signed up for the Payoneer card, you can contact our customer support department and request to receive payments via our Global Bank Transfer Service instead.
Via this option, you will not have a Payoneer card and all payments will go directly to your bank account.
This would not provide you with anything to attach to PayPal, however, and any specific questions on how you can verify an account with them should be directed to their support.
Sure, sent you a message.
Thanks .. I haven’t created payoneer yet .. i am trying to collect as much as information before choosing payment option.. and Is there any transcation fee will spending money via payoneer card. Online transcation or via ATM withdraw
There is no transaction fee for online and in store purchases made with the card. For ATM or cash withdrawals there is a charge, which would be listed during the sign up process (and shown again at any time via your account “Help” menu).
