Hi Guys,

If you originally applied via your Envato account, you will have the option to withdraw funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account. This is a new service we’ve introduced, which you can read about here: http://www.payoneer.com/WithdrawToBank.aspx

If you didn’t apply originally via Envato, you may not have the service available yet. We’re working on having it open to all account holders in the near future, however until they you can request to switch your Envato payment method to Global Bank Transfers. There is no cost associated with doing that, and it can be done by contacting our Customer Support Department.

If you already signed up for the card and want to switch your payment method to receive payments directly to your bank account instead (and not the card) you’ll need to contact our customer support department and request to switch your payment method to Global Bank Transfers. They will be able to assist you.

Hi,

If you do not have a Payoneer account, you can easily sign up for one. Simply go to your Envato profile and click on “Withdrawal” or click here: http://graphicriver.net/accounts/withdrawal/new

You should then click on the Payoneer option, after which you will be directed to an online application page. On that page you can choose to either sign up for a Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard card, or receive payments directly to your bank account.

Hi,

Thank you for considering Payoneer as a payment solution to receive your Envato earnings. I read through your posts, and it seems like you have not yet added Envato as a new funding source on your Payoneer account.

To get started, you’ll need to go to your Envato account withdrawal options (or go to your profile and click on the “Withdrawal” tab). You can access them here: http://themeforest.net/accounts/withdrawal/new

Once on that page, select Payoneer as your withdrawal option and you will be directed to an online application page. On that page, choose the option that says “Already have a Payoneer account.” This blog post has instructions on how it works: http://blog.payoneer.com/how-to-add-multiple-partners-to-one-payoneer-account/

The process only takes a few minutes, and once submitted you will be able to begin receiving payments from Envato to your Payoneer account. You can view a full list of funding sources for your Payoneer account by logging in, going to the “Account Activity” menu and selecting “Funding Sources.” https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/Login.aspx

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Yes, when a new card is sent because your current card is expiring soon, we keep the old card active.

Once you receive the new card and activate it, our system will automatically disable the old card and transfer all available funds and funding sources to the new card.

Hi Nissim!

Thanks for the clarification! So how can I set this up?

I’ve noticed that Payoneer is sending via a SEPA transaction which is cheaper than the regular SWIFT. Is the direct bank transfer progressed via SEPA as well?

Yes, our Global Bank Transfer Service is localized in over 80 countries, meaning in these countries we provide local bank transfers. This is a transfer from a bank in your country, in your local currency. For the remaining 120+ countries we provide wire transfers (via SWIFT).

If you’d like to switch your payment method from the Payoneer card to Global Bank Transfers, please send me an e-mail and I’ll make sure a customer support representative gets back to you with details (nissimal@payoneer.com)

So what is this “Maximum Withdrawal Amount” ?

This would be for a withdrawal from your Payoneer account to your bank account.

There are two options that Envato members have:

- Receive payments from Envato directly to your bank account via Payoneer: for this option there is no Payoneer card, and payments are automatically sent in full to your bank account. No limit per payment.

- Receive payments from Envato to a Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard: for this option payments are funded to your Payoneer account, and there is no limit per payment. Once the funds are on your Payoneer account, you can then use your Payoneer card to make purchases/cash withdrawals, or withdraw funds to your bank account.

I apologize for any confusion caused by my response above.

Hi Guys,

We do not have any currently reported delays or technical issues. Most likely the withdrawal request is still pending with Envato and should be processed shortly.

As soon as the payment arrives to your Payoneer account we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

There is no limit to the amount you can receive in payments from companies that pay with Payoneer, such as Envato. If you have selected the Global Bank Transfer option, this also means that there is no limit per bank transfer.

The $2,500 limit would be for daily cash withdrawals made using your Payoneer card.
