December 2012 – 561 sales
Looks great to me too! I don’t see any problem with it. Maybe your project in not well organized and reviewer rejected it with standard “template explanation” without going into details.
Maybe you can update it with video/image placeholders version, beside only text version. That will also raise price of your project.
well last year best was 169.
this year its 20 more then thatamazing congrats
Well, my friend you’re not right about that ... Last year bestseller had 193 sales in one week and 169 was one week before:
http://videohive.net/page/top_sellers?day=23&month=12&year=2012), without any newsletter promotion as “buttlerm” said.
This year in a competition with a bunch of similar particle Christmas tree projects, Yoshivara’s great project really stood out and by my opinion he definitely deserved that 1st place (I especially like his details on textures – cardboard mountains for example). 189 sales with 25$ price in one week is an amazing achievement!
Big congratulation Yoshivara and keep up with fantastic work!
This week was OK overall, but this Friday is horrible!
Overall it’s nice project… but first thing I’m missing here is some reflection on the phone. This way your phone looks flat so I’ll definitely add some reflection on top of it.
Camera animation is also nice and smooth, but maybe you can make it little more dynamic if you speed up parts (transitions) where phone rotates without texts.
I don’t like new search engine on videohive, because “sorting by relevance” is totally oriented towards new files! Even if you type exact name of some item, some irrelevant/or low sales recently accepted item always pop up in front of it.
I’m not sure is new search platform implemented on audiojungle, but from my latest experience it’s still very painfully long to find exact what you need.
It’s nice thing, but I think that it needs a lot improvement:
- First of all “enter terms of search” option is cool, but why we need to first enter something to be able to filter it to “all comments” or “buyers & author only”. What if I want to see all buyer comments… Buyers will probably look for that first when checking some item comments.
- Only when you enter something you get ability to sort it by “newest” “oldest”. That Newest/Oldest sorting option should be by always presented.
- After this implementation I don’t understand why you changed that oldest comment (first page) is presented first now. I don’t like that at all, and also authors who update they products (themeforest for example) probably will not like it too. I think that Newest comment by default should be presented as a first one.
I usually prefer to make 1080p projects, because there’s a lot of users for it, and if some user need lower resolution, he can always pre-compose that 1080p to 720p(or lower) without losing quality. If I make template in 720p, then user will be limited to that resolution.
