This is how the world works, mate! This is a business, not a charity. Those 53 themes are not the only ones shown to the customers, every theme is visible, Envato promotes those 53 themes because those are the best-selling themes for the past week, which seems logical.

Just because someone works a lot for his item it doesn’t mean it should have the same amount of sales as Avada or Enfold or whatever else. If you want sales, invest in advertising, don’t expect Envato to do charity work and promote your theme. You don’t really expect all the themes to have nearly the same amount of sales ;) This is how this marketplace and the world in general works.

That’s a poor idea, why would Envato promote unpopular themes to their customers? Of course they are promoting popular themes, that’s what sells! If you have 5 products from which just one is selling very good, when a new customer comes into your store, you don’t show your 4 other products first ;)

Why are you all asking for items approved, experience, bla bla, when you don’t have any experience with ThemeForest yourself? (PSDs approved)

You want a hard-working person, then you prove you’re hard working and get your PSD’s accepted here.. and then you’ll have a totally different discussion here!

Any kind of shared host will be ok if you’re just starting, don’t get a VPS or a dedicated server as those require quite some knowledge and it’s just not worth it, since you’ll probably have at most a few thousands of page views a month, even if you’ll have an approved item.

You can check ASmallOrange’s shared host plans, they’re pretty cheap and good.

The quality of design is good, however the reason you’re most likely to be rejected is because it’s too generic. There’s nothing that can’t already be found in already-approved psd’s, I’d say there’s like nothing unique there.

The first thing to show that you’re good is to upload a PSD or two to your profile.

To me it looks like you were rejected in the PSD category and you’re just looking to try your luck with HTML, knowing that the standards are lower there. You shouldn’t be looking at lower standards, but to improving yourself.

Does the purpose of this name confirmation is to ban users who have more than 1 accoount?
FYI, Friends of mine are just got banned few minutes ago…

I doubt it. You can have as many accounts as you wish. In fact, there’s a high chance there’s someone on this marketplace with the same name as you. The main reason for getting banned here is that some buyers make a refund claim at PayPal and get their money back. Obviously, those buyers are banned and, I hope, their PayPal account as well(on this marketplace).

The fact that they have included and coded elements for any-kind of niche still makes it a bundle of themes, this is not clever marketing, just a bundle.

Even regarding the price, I think including a base theme with elements that would fit for multiple niches is okay. However, people are starting to BUNDLE DIFFERENT themes under one, which is not okay and shouldn’t be permitted at all. Themes that can be used to create multiple layouts, like Avada, should be allowed, under a different price, however, bundles of completely different skins shouldn’t be allowed for sale.

Of course, the review didn’t know it was 95% similar to another theme(or RIPoff) when they approved it. When there was proof, they disabled it, seems ok to me. Even after the screenshot above was added, you still feel you’re the one being right? That’s actually funny.
