This is good to know. In the future I would like to compose some vocal track. I would like to know how are the agreements between composer and singer. I pay them money, according to sales or otherwise?
Indeed, the two are a good singer.
Let me explain this a singer please.
Hi drww588, if you want exclusive material, why don’t you contact the authors of your preferred tracks and ask them, if they compose something similar exclusive for you?
I think this is best. The author does something very similar to the track you want. This track has never sold and will never be sold.
Indeed, Gareth has always been a person who has helped a lot in the forums. If anyone this position deserves … that’s him.
I just found out about you. I knew nothing.
He was a master of the guitar, the biggest that existed.
It is a great loss … I feel deeply.
Rest in peace.
Cogratulations Martijn. Great work my friend. You deserve it
I think there is a huge difference between quality and price in a matter of microphones. I have a Rode NT3 for acoustic guitars and have heard many tests microphones 1500 dollars. To be terribly honest … I do not see a substantial difference between my Rode, and these expensive microphones. I believe that a simple change of strings can improve more quality.
It is my personal opinion, I hope you will not hit me very hard.
Very interesting what I’m reading.
I understand the position of pinkzebra, and some companions. It is true that many of our tracks should not be touched. But I think if we keep our audio tracks upgraded and improved, with more realistic sounds, we will bring freshness to AJ and this can help buyers understand that this website is very current.
I have heard very good tracks here in AJ, real gems, but their sound is not of the best quality. I think these tracks would gain much with new sounds and even different arrangements.
This is my personal position, but I understand that not all think the same.
All of us have some tracks more than 2 years, or even 5 years. Technology advances, there are new plugins, new mastering tools, we have better microphones etc etc. The question is this: You are a supporter of retouch your old tracks? A bad sounding percussion, an acoustic guitar a little dark, or perhaps a passage from the melody or arrangement that you do not like. Do you think deserves the job or are best left as they are?
I have refined some of my tracks and I think I have improved, albeit slightly. I hope to continue tweaking and renewing, I feel better.
What do you think fellow all this?
AlumoAudio saidYesterday I sold 18 items in the first 12 hours. in the next 12 hours I sold 0 items. Break all the rules of probability. Today it is still grim, a drop in sales incredible.
Spoke too soon. Sales dried up again.
When I see..
...on one of my busiest days in terms of online sales, I know something’s up. It has to be the result of the devs fiddling with the search. I’m really hoping that this is the case and not a taste of things to come
18 sales in 12 hours is amazing! I have sold 18 tracks in 4 days now, while I usually have a very steady 10 /14sales per day average…I have no idea what’s causing this, I’ve seen drops before but my -80% compared to January is really bad
This is weird on you, you tend to be a big seller.
